3. Subscriptions and Payments

Blossomly: Pregnancy & Beyond offers auto-renewing subscription options. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

• Billing: Your iTunes account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your iTunes Account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Free Trials: If you are offered a free trial, it will begin from the date you activate it. After the trial ends, you will be charged the standard subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period concludes.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Blossomly: Pregnancy & Beyond or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are not permitted to copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
